Sunrise Senior Living is seeking an Assisted Living Coordinator – Lead Care Team Operations to oversee staffing, schedules, and daily operations for a compassionate, resident-centered care team. You will partner with clinical staff on assessments, care planning, and family communication to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ year experience in assisted living, long-term care or healthcare.
• 1+ year supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Knowledge of resident care practices and regulatory requirements.

Aufgaben

• Lead recruiting, hiring and development of the caregiving team.
• Manage staffing, scheduling and daily timekeeping reviews.
• Oversee daily operations of the assisted living neighborhood.
• Ensure delivery of Resident-Centered Care and ISP execution.
• Partner with clinical teams on assessments, care planning and resident needs.
• Monitor resident changes in condition and communicate with families.
• Collaborate with Activities and Dining to enhance resident experience.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety and quality standards.
• Manage team performance, engagement, coaching and evaluations.
• Support department budget, labor management and operational efficiency.
