New Hanover House is seeking a dedicated Resident Care Coordinator to oversee the health and well-being of residents. This role is vital in coordinating care services, managing care plans, and ensuring compliance with all regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a solid educational background in Nursing or Healthcare Administration and at least 2 years of experience in a related field, bringing strong leadership and communication skills to the team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a senior living or healthcare setting.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience is highly desirable.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents’ needs and develop individualized service plans.
• Provide leadership, training, and guidance to caregiving staff.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for residents and families.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies.
• Work closely with healthcare providers to coordinate care services.
