The Ivy Castle Rock, managed by Oakmont Management Group, seeks a Resident Care Coordinator to organize resident care and staffing across the community. This role supports residents and families while ensuring alignment with health services and regulatory requirements.

Key duties include coordinating with physicians and nurses, arranging needed care services, and recruiting and scheduling care providers. The position emphasizes teamwork, safety, and exemplary service in a senior living setting.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate with healthcare professionals, residents, and families.
• Ability to coordinate resident care and staffing to meet needs.
• Experience in supervising and scheduling care staff preferred.
• Flexibility to work holidays, evenings, weekends, and additional shifts as needed.
• Pass a criminal background check and health screening.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate resident care with physicians, discharge planners, nurses, and state agencies.
• Assist Health Services Director in arranging medical, dental, vision, hearing, and podiatry care for residents.
• Participate in the community’s resident assessment program per policy and state regulations.
• Recruit, develop, manage and schedule care providers and medication technicians.
• Maintain a safe, secure environment following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork and collaborative interaction across departments.
