Job summary

The Ivy Castle Rock, part of the Oakmont Management Group family, seeks a dedicated Care Provider to assist residents with daily living activities and personal care, while upholding our mission and values. You will support independence and quality of life in a caring community.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, ensuring safety, communicating health changes to supervisors, and promoting teamwork across departments.

Qualifications

• Experience preferred but not necessary; we will train the right candidate.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.
• Possess written and verbal skills to interact with employees, supervisors, physicians, residents and families.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in ADLs as specified in care plans (eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, continence).
• Respond promptly to residents' needs while ensuring dignity, safety, and confidentiality.
• Report changes in residents' condition to a supervisor immediately.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments.
