Job summary

The Ivy Castle Rock is a premier senior living community managed by Oakmont Management Group. We provide five-star services and amenities to residents on a beautifully landscaped campus. The Activity Director will design and oversee engaging programs that promote independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities include leading activities, coordinating events, and supervising Activity Assistants and volunteers while ensuring a safe environment and excellent resident experiences.

Qualifications

• Must have at least a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience planning activities and evaluating resident needs is required.
• Flexibility to work holidays, evenings, weekends, and additional shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide an engaging, creative, and rewarding social atmosphere throughout the Community and promote resident participation through regularly scheduled activities, excursions, and events.
• Actively engage residents by personally leading activities and encouraging participation in all events.
• Recruit, develop, manage and schedule Activity Assistants, Drivers, and Community Volunteers.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment following established safety standards.
• Able to drive Community vehicles.
