The Ivy Castle Rock, part of Oakmont Management Group, seeks a Care Provider to assist residents with daily living activities and to support their independence and quality of life. This on-site role offers meaningful interaction with residents and collaboration with a dedicated care team.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, responding to resident needs, reporting changes to supervisors, and maintaining a safe environment.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old and eligible to work
• High School Diploma or GED
• Excellent customer service skills
• Desire to care for the elderly
• Ability to communicate with staff, physicians, residents and families
• Must pass criminal background check and health screenings including TB
• Vaccination/testing may be required per regulatory guidelines

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in Activities of Daily Living (ADL) as per care plan (eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, continence).
• Respond promptly to residents' needs while maintaining dignity and safety.
• Report observed changes in resident condition to a supervisor.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for staff, residents, and guests.
• Encourage teamwork across departments and co-workers.
