Qualifications

• Must have 3-5 years of healthcare related experience.
• Assist in scheduling the Care Partners to ensure full coverage of all shifts and reducing overtime or agency use.
• Responsible for maintaining a 4-week rolling master care schedule.
• Knowledge and understanding of block scheduling.
