Qualifications

• 3–5 years of healthcare related experience required.
• Ability to assist in scheduling Care Partners to ensure full coverage and reduce overtime.
• Knowledge of block scheduling and master care scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Assist in scheduling Care Partners to ensure full coverage and reduce overtime.
• Maintain a 4-week rolling master care schedule.
• Manage block scheduling and coordinate staffing across shifts.
