HumanGood is a leading nonprofit owner/operator of senior living communities in California. The Resident Assistant role supports residents with personal care, daily activities, and engaging program activities in the assisted living level of care.

You will work PM shifts on a 4/2 rotation, ensuring safety and well-being while reflecting HumanGood values and providing quality resident experiences. This position offers competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Prior experience working with seniors
• Must have current First Aid & CPR certifications prior to start

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance in personal care and protection of residents.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and participation in programs.
• Utilize Best Friend program approach for memory support residents with a positive attitude.
• Deliver excellent customer service aligned with HumanGood's Advantage program
