HumanGood is hiring a Full-Time Resident Care Assistant for The Mansion at Rosemont in Bryn Mawr, PA. The role supports residents in assisted living, focusing on personal care and safety with a training-friendly path for non-CNA candidates.

Shifts are 3pm-11pm, every other weekend, with a base pay of $16.50 per hour plus a $1 per hour weekend differential. Applicants from varied backgrounds are encouraged to apply and training is provided.

Qualifications

• Prior experience working with seniors preferred.
• No CNA certificate required; training may be provided.
• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care and daily activities.
• Ensure safety and protect residents as part of the assisted living care level.
• Incorporate CARF/CCAC standards into daily routines and support residents’ independence.

Under general supervision, the Resident Assistant provides assistance in the personal care and protection of the residents in the assisted living level of care. The Resident Assistant actively incorporates the CARF/CCAC standards into the daily rhythm of life of the residents. The Resident Assistant develops awareness of residents’ interests and needs and assists residents to maximize their independence and participation. Full-Time: 3pm -11pm, working every other weekend Pay range: $16.50+ per hour, base pay, with an additional $1 per hour shift differential on weekends To Be Successful In The Role, You Would Have
