Job summary

HumanGood is seeking a compassionate Resident Services Coordinator to organize, implement and evaluate the Social Services program for residents, helping them live independently in the community.

You will assess resident needs, maintain records, collaborate with the care team, and ensure HIPAA privacy while linking residents to essential services. This full-time, day-shift role offers a supportive environment and opportunities for growth within our senior living communities.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in case management required.
• 2+ years of social services experience, preferably in a senior care setting
• A Bachelor’s Degree required in social work or related program such as gerontology, psychology, or recreation therapy
• Social Services certification preferred

• Promoting a positive living experience for our residents
• Ensuring confidentiality by adhering to HIPPA & all other privacy standards

Description

Our Resident Services Coordinators are passionate, organized, and compassionate towards residents. You would be responsible for organizing, implements and evaluates the Social Services program to meet the psycho-social needs of residents. This may include resident assessment, maintenance of resident records, assuring that residents are linked to the specific supportive services they need to continue living independently in the community.

• Monday - Thursday at 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Pay Range: $27.00 - 29.00/hour, depending on experience

To be successful in the role, you would have:

• 1+ years of experience in case management required.
• 2+ years of social services experience, preferably in a senior care setting
• A Bachelor’s Degree required in social work or related program such as gerontology, psychology, or recreation therapy
