HumanGood is seeking a Resident Assistant - On-Call for Assisted Living. This part-time role provides personal care and supports residents to maximize independence, dignity, and participation in daily activities.

Must have caregiving or memory support experience and CPR certification. Shifts include 7:00 AM–3:00 PM, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM, and 11:00 PM–7:00 AM; weekend and holiday availability is required.

Develops awareness of residents’ interests and needs and assists residents to maximize their independence and participation.

Shift differentials for evenings, overnights, and weekends + On-Call/Per Diem differential
Shifts & Schedule - Must have weekend and holiday availability
7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

To be successful in the role, you would have:

• Prior caregiving or memory support experience
• Current CPR Certification
