Commonwealth Senior Living in Radford, VA is hiring a Resident Care Associate (RCA) to support residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care. You will assist with daily tasks, document services, and follow individualized care plans with empathy and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Directly assist residents with daily tasks and mobility.
• Maintain communication with the Resident Care Director about care plans and changes.

• Assist with lifts, moves, and transport using proper body mechanics.
• Maintain skin integrity and change incontinent residents as needed.
• Document daily care activities per policy and regulatory standards.
• Report issues promptly to the supervisor and respond to inquiries.
• Respect residents' rights and adhere to safety and infection control procedures.
