Job summary

LCS (Life Care Services) is seeking an Executive Director to lead Delaney at Lake Waco with responsibility for operations, resident services, and financial performance. You will drive occupancy, develop leaders, and partner with regional teams to achieve strategic goals.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, hospitality culture, and a commitment to exceptional resident experiences. Relocation support may be available and the organization offers career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Senior living or healthcare leadership experience.
Budgeting, forecasting and financial planning skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership for all community operations including resident services, clinical support, dining, maintenance, life enrichment, sales and admin.
Mentor and develop department leaders to create an engaged workplace
Drive occupancy and financial performance through strategic planning with sales and marketing teams
Develop and manage operating budgets with fiscal responsibility
Build relationships with residents, families, employees and community partners
Partner with regional leadership to execute goals and long-term initiatives
