Job summary

LCS in Waco, Texas, is seeking an Executive Director to lead the Delaney at Lake Waco community. You will oversee resident services, clinical support, dining, maintenance, sales and admin, guiding the team to deliver exceptional resident experiences.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of progressive leadership in senior living or healthcare, strong financial acumen, and outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, hospitality, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience within senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or related service industry.
• Strong financial acumen, including budget, forecasting, and operational planning.
• Exceptional communication, relationship building, and leadership skills.
• Passion for serving older adults and creating exceptional resident experiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership for all aspects of community operations, including resident services, clinical support, dining, maintenance, life enrichment, sales and administrative functions.
• Lead, mentor, and develop department leaders while building a collaborative and engaged workplace.
• Drive occupancy and financial performance through strategic planning and partnership with sales and marketing teams.
• Develop and manage operating budgets while ensuring fiscal responsibility.
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, employees, healthcare partners, and the local community.
• Partner with regional leadership to execute organizational goals and long-term strategic initiatives.
