Job summary

Sagora Senior Living is seeking an Executive Director for Aberdeen Heights in Tulsa, OK, to lead operations, financials, HR, and resident care, ensuring a warm, compassionate, and secure atmosphere while maintaining a profitable operation.

You will oversee all departments, build strong relationships with residents and families, and collaborate with regional leadership to achieve occupancy goals, manage budgets, and drive quality care across independent, assisted living and memory care services.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of management experience in the senior housing industry (AL, MC, or LTC).
• High School diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Advanced computer and Microsoft Office experience with ability to create reports and analyze operational issues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with residents, families, and other team members.
• A desire to work with senior adults and lead large, multi-department teams.
• Experience overseeing the financial success of multiple departments.
• Must possess or be willing to acquire a valid driver's license.
• Must obtain state administrator's certification within 90 days if required for managing an assisted living building.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations and departments within the community, including resident care, business office, sales, culinary, housekeeping, activities, and maintenance.
• Oversee management of all team members, including recruiting, training, discipline, and coaching.
• Build relationships with residents and families.
• Report to the Regional Director VP with assigned reporting metrics.
• Partner with the Sales and Marketing Director to achieve 100% occupancy.
• Develop the budget and ensure all departments operate within the given parameters.
• Hold regular meetings with staff, directors, residents, and resident families.
• On-call 24 hours a day for emergency/crisis situations.
• Must be available after regular working hours and work weekends and holidays as necessary.

Position Details

• Community name: Aberdeen Heights
• City, State: 7220 S Yale Ave.
• Status: Full-Time
• Shift/hours: Monday - Friday 8a-5p with rotating weekends as Manager on Duty and on-call 24hrs

• Must possess or be willing to acquire a valid driver's license to drive on company time as needed
• Must obtain state administrator's certification within ninety days of employment if employment requires management of an assisted living building
