Job summary

Sagora Senior Living is seeking an Executive Director for Hawkins Creek Assisted Living & Memory Care. You will oversee all community operations, lead multiple departments, and drive financial performance while maintaining a warm, secure environment for residents.

Responsibilities include budgeting, staffing, occupancy goals, and strong partnerships with residents, families, and the regional leadership team. This role requires after-hours availability and weekend coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years in senior housing or related healthcare management.
• Strong leadership and people-management capabilities.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and drive occupancy targets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations and departments within the community.
• Manage recruitment, training, discipline, and coaching of staff.
• Build relationships with residents and families; report metrics to leadership.
• Partner with Sales/Marketing to achieve high occupancy; develop and manage budgets.
• Hold regular meetings with staff, residents, and families; be on-call 24/7 as needed.
