Job summary

Vitality Living is seeking a Business Office Director for our Millenia Moments community in Orlando. You will lead the business office, focusing on billing, accounts payable, payroll, onboarding, and compliance while ensuring high resident and staff satisfaction.

The role requires an associate degree in business with 2-3 years in office administration, preferably in property management or senior living. Strong organization and financial acumen are essential.

Qualifications

• Effective problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee resident billing activity, payments, and posting.
• Review and submit invoices to managers and enter AP system.
• Oversee workers’ comp claims and payroll, maintain files, onboarding.
• Assist with move-ins and lease signings; supervise front desk staff.
• Participate in weekend Leader on Duty rotation.
• Aim for deficiency-free state surveys for staff and residents.
