Job summary

Tenfold Senior Living is hiring a driver to deliver transportation services and support a vibrant senior community. You will enable residents to stay mobile and participate in events and adventures while respecting autonomy.

Responsibilities include driving residents, planning activities, and maintaining safety checks and Cubigo records. Must meet CA licensing requirements and align with Tenfold values; schedule Tue–Sat 8:00 AM–4:30 PM.

Qualifications

• 25 years of age or older with a valid California CDL.
• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years driving a bus or commercial vehicle.
• Comfortable assisting seniors with technology and daily activities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Meets licensing and background requirements for RCFE work.

• Class B with passenger endorsement or Class C with passenger endorsement.
• Available Tuesday through Saturday 8:00 AM–4:30 PM.

Responsibilities

• Generating and extending resident excitement and enthusiasm in all Events and Adventures.
• Assist in planning, organizing and executing events and adventures for residents, including Harbor.
• Transport residents to appointments, shopping, banks and other events and adventures.
• Track scheduled transportation in Cubigo, a digital hospitality platform.
• Complete bus and passenger vehicle safety checks daily, prior to driving.
• Maintain accurate and current safety documentation for safety checks.
• Keep the bus and passenger vehicle meticulously clean, inside and out.
• Ensure preventive maintenance procedures and documentation are completed per schedule.
• Inform Events and Adventures Director and Executive Director of any mechanical or safety issues.
• Deliver on the YUSM promise—that residents will feel youthful, stay useful, be spontaneous and mobile.
