Job summary

Tenfold Senior Living in California seeks a driver to deliver transportation services for residents, enabling mobility with respect for autonomy. You’ll work daytime and early evening shifts, supporting events and adventures for residents.

Requirements include 25+ years, CA Class B CDL with passenger endorsement, high school diploma, 2+ years bus or commercial vehicle experience, comfort with seniors and technology, and availability Fri & Sat 8:30am–5pm. Benefits offered.

Qualifications

• 25 years of age or older.
• California CDL Class B with passenger endorsement is required.
• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of driving a bus or commercial vehicle.
• Comfortable with technology and seniors.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must meet licensing and background requirements for RCFE.
• Able to work Fridays and Saturdays 8:30am–5pm.

Responsibilities

• Drive residents to appointments, activities and events.
• Transport residents to preferred locations with safety and courtesy.
• Record transportation in Cubigo and maintain safety checks.
• Keep buses and vehicles clean and maintained.
• Report any mechanical or safety issues immediately.
• Support events and adventures for resident engagement.
