City Creek Assisted Living in Sacramento, CA is seeking an entry-level Residential Habilitation Assistant (RHA). You will support residents with daily living activities and provide compassionate care to help them maintain independence and safety.

The role requires a high school diploma (CNA/HHA preferred) and strong communication. Applicants must be 18+, pass background checks, and work collaboratively with care teams to ensure respectful, person-centered support.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required; caregiving certification preferred.
• Experience in caregiving or healthcare settings preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Aid with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and hydration.
• Document daily activities and resident changes; report to team.
• Provide emotional support and companionship.
• Maintain safety, hygiene, and cleanliness in living spaces.
• Collaborate with nurses and staff in care planning.
