Job summary

American Senior Communities is seeking a Home Health Aide to assist residents in a senior living setting. You will provide compassionate care, help with daily living activities, and support fellow staff while upholding residents' rights and privacy.

Requirements include state-approved CNA/HHA training and CPR/First Aid or willingness to obtain. A strong customer service mindset and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• State-approved Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide training and competency evaluation program (CNA or HHA)
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain upon hire

Responsibilities

• Provide ADL assistance (bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility, transfers, feeding)
• Deliver care with dignity, privacy and respect for residents’ rights
• Assist in onboarding new teammates and be a positive team member
