TerraBella Senior Living in Charlotte seeks an Assistant Executive Director to support the Executive Director in leading The Laurels & The Haven community. You will oversee daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive resident engagement while partnering with the sales team to meet occupancy goals.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in a related field, prior senior care leadership, and a track record of managing expenses and staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospital Administration, or health field.
• Leadership experience in senior care preferred.
• Experience managing operating budgets and staff performance.
