The role requires a bachelor’s degree and at least five years in senior living leadership with sales/operations responsibilities, with four days per week on-site and strong growth potential within the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum five years of Senior Living leadership experience including Sales/Operations responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate operations across multiple communities.
• Partner with Executive Directors to drive occupancy and resident satisfaction.
• Manage budgeting and financial performance to meet NOI targets.
• Mentor Community Leaders and oversee Directors of Resident Care.
• Develop plans to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Spend four days per week on-site at communities with corporate support.
