Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of prior resident care experience, preferably with seniors.
• Ability to assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Strong interpersonal skills to foster a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Serve meals and encourage proper nutrition.
• Participate in leisure activities to promote socialization.
• Maintain accurate records regarding residents' conditions.
• Ensure a clean and safe environment for residents.
