Job summary

Hale Ho Aloha seeks an Admissions Coordinator to manage resident flow, admissions, and marketing in a warm, plantation-style setting in Honolulu, Hawaii. You will present information to potential residents and families, for tours, inquiries, and building professional referral networks.

You’ll work with the Director of Social Services and care teams to ensure smooth admissions and high-quality, compassionate service aligned with the facility’s mission.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks.
• Capacity to build positive relationships with residents, families and professionals.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and office software.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Director of Social Services to review admission inquiries and referrals.
• Coordinate admissions from inquiry to enrollment with care teams.
• Develop relationships with physicians, case managers, and referral partners to support admissions.
• Maintain and update marketing and admissions materials.
