Job summary

Hale Ho Aloha is seeking an Admissions Coordinator to partner with the Director of Social Services to manage the resident flow, admissions process, and marketing for Hale Ho Aloha. You will conduct tours, respond to inquiries, and build relationships with hospitals, physicians, and referral sources to drive appropriate admissions and census growth.

Responsibilities include coordinating the admissions process, maintaining marketing materials, and upholding the organization’s mission and values

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred in healthcare, social services, business, marketing, or communications.
• Experience in healthcare, admissions, social services, senior living, or customer service preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication, organizational skills, and ability to build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with directors and nursing to review admission inquiries and respond to referrals.
• Coordinate the admissions process from initial inquiry to admission with healthcare partners.
• Develop relationships with physicians, case managers, social workers, and referral sources to support referrals and census growth.
• Maintain marketing and admissions materials and uphold Hale Ho Aloha values.
• Promote resident satisfaction and ensure compassionate, high-quality care.
