Responsibilities

• Manage CRM to document and organize follow-ups.
• Train branch staff to engage in phone and tour hospitality.
• Assist move-in process for smooth transitions.
• Build relationships with community professionals to maximize referrals.
• Ensure branch is staged for optimal customer experience.
• Participate in weekly/quarterly goal-setting with leadership.
