Morningside Ministries in Boerne, TX is seeking a Sales Counselor to lead sales and marketing efforts for residency opportunities. You will manage inquiries, tours, deposits, and move-ins while building relationships with prospective residents and families.

You will collaborate with the Marketing Director or work independently to drive occupancy goals. The role involves coordinating marketing events, open houses, and community outreach to generate qualified leads and maintain census growth.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience in marketing or sales role, preferably in senior living or healthcare.
• Detail oriented with excellent organizational and follow-through skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
• Experience selling an entrance fee product is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales process from inquiry to deposit and move-in, presenting community benefits.
• Build relationships with prospective residents, families, and referral sources.
• Conduct tours, discovery visits, assessments, and follow-up with prospects.
• Maintain CRM and lead status documentation.
• Develop follow-up strategies to maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Provide occupancy and sales updates to leadership.
