Job summary

Morningside Ministries in Boerne, TX is seeking a Sales Counselor to lead sales and marketing efforts for residency opportunities. You will present, promote, and sell to prospective residents and families, managing inquiries, tours, deposits, and move-ins.

The role partners with the Marketing Director or works independently to build relationships, maintain census growth, and coordinate events and outreach. Strong communication, organization, and willingness to attend after-hours events are

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience in marketing or sales, preferably in senior living or healthcare.
• Detail oriented with excellent organizational and follow through skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
• Experience selling an entrance fee product is required.

Responsibilities

• Manages the sales process from initial inquiry through deposit and move-in, presenting benefits and services.
• Builds relationships with prospective residents, family members, referral sources, and influencers.
• Conducts tours, discovery visits, assessments, and follow-up communications.
• Maintains accurate documentation of all sales activities in CRM systems.
• Develops and executes follow-up strategies to maintain an active sales pipeline.
• Provides occupancy, lead generation, and sales activity updates to leadership.
• Explains residency agreements, pricing structures, and move-in procedures.
• Coordinates move-in activities and plans marketing events to generate qualified leads.
• Represents the community at networking events and referral sources.
• Identifies prospects through referrals, advertising campaigns, inquiries, and outreach.
