Baptist Retirement Community is hiring a Sales Office Coordinator to join our San Angelo team and drive admissions and resident engagement. You will coordinate move‑in activities, lead tours, and support marketing efforts to grow our community’s resident base in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong communication, excellent English, and the ability to work evenings or weekends as needed. You will collaborate with the Sales Counselor, Marketing Director, and other staff to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or related field required.
• 1–3 years of related experience in hospital or retirement community admissions or related fields preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and able to perform computer tasks accurately.

Responsibilities

• Communicate retirement programs and meet sales goals by engaging residents and community contacts.
• Lead community tours for prospective residents and coordinate with Sales Counselor and Marketing Director.
• Respond to inquiries, manage lead files, and arrange tours or follow-ups outside normal hours.
