Dial Senior Living is seeking an ambitious sales associate to perform comprehensive support services for sales, facilitating the daily operations of the sales office and ensuring all new residents love the way they live.

You will assist the Senior Living Advisor via calls, visits, and tours, manage the CRM with potential residents and referrals, coordinate events, and help move-in documentation to support occupancy goals.

Qualifications

• Relevant bachelor’s degree and 2+ years related experience.
• Experience with assisted living and dementia state and federal guidelines.
• Knowledge of HIPAA requirements.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing and Landlord-Tenant Law.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the CRM lead database for prospects and referrals.
• Support Senior Living Advisor via calls, visits, and tours.
• Manage daily new inquiry queue.
• Assist in executing the community's sales and marketing plan.
• Coordinate lead-generating events and tours.
• Handle move-in documentation and coordination with community directors.
• Participate in regular sales and marketing calls.
• Other duties as assigned.
