Job summary

Westview of Derby Rehabilitation and Health Care Center is seeking an Administrator (LNHA) to lead daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive clinical and financial performance. The role requires a Bachelor’s in nursing home administration or related field and a minimum of two years in an LTC/SNF setting.

You will supervise department managers, maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and staff, and uphold Tutera’s standards of care and service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing home administration or related field required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an LTC/SNF setting.
• Ability to maintain positive relationships with residents, families, staff, physicians, consultants, providers, and governmental agencies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Supervise all department managers to achieve quality, clinical and financial productivity objectives.
• Deliver premier customer service while resolving resident care issues.
