Batavia Rehab and Healthcare Center seeks an Administrator (LNHA) to oversee daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage department leaders. The role focuses on delivering quality clinical services integrated with business plans and achieving performance and financial goals.

You will maintain premier resident care and resolve care-related issues while fostering positive relationships with residents, families, and staff in a dynamic LTC/SNF environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in nursing home administration or related field required.
• Minimum of two years of experience in an LTC/SNF setting.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to maintain positive relationships with residents, families, staff and regulatory bodies.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the facility and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Supervise all department managers and align clinical services with business plans.
• Deliver premier customer service and resolve resident care issues promptly.
