Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, nursing, gerontology, or related field.
• Experience leading and developing teams in senior living management.

Responsibilities

• Lead with a resident-first focus and foster a nurturing environment.
• Coordinate medical, nursing, and administrative activities for smooth daily operations.
• Develop and manage the facility budget, monitor expenses and occupancy rates.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and internal policies.
