Americare Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Skilled Nursing Administrator to oversee daily operations of our skilled nursing community. You will create a warm, nurturing environment for residents and staff while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

Your role includes leading with a resident-first approach, fostering teamwork, managing the facility’s budget, and driving excellence in care.

Qualifications

• Licensure: Current state administrator licensure required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or related field.
• Minimum age 18 with proven leadership in senior living management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Solid knowledge of healthcare regulations, med management, compliance.

• Lead with a resident-first focus and foster a nurturing environment.
• Promote teamwork and open communication among staff.
• Uphold high standards of care with continuous learning and improvement.
• Oversee budgeting, expenses, revenue, and occupancy for fiscal health.
• Engage residents, families, and the community to promote quality care.
• Recruit, train, and lead certified caregivers, nurses, and support staff.
• Coordinate medical, nursing, and administrative operations daily.
• Manage facilities, equipment upgrades, and safety.
• Enforce policies to ensure regulatory compliance.
