Job summary

Legacy Oaks of Sacramento Assisted Living and Memory Care is seeking a Life Enrichment Assistant to support the Life Enrichment Coordinator in planning, coordinating, and leading social, therapeutic, and cognitive programs.

You will promote resident engagement, help run group activities, provide one-on-one support, and assist with program documentation while ensuring compliance with Title 22 RCFE standards and safety guidelines.

• Creativity and patience in leading diverse programs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing daily and monthly activity programs.
• Lead or co-lead group activities such as arts, music, games, exercise, and educational sessions.
• Provide one-on-one support to residents as needed.
• Collaborate with dietary, wellness, and administrative staff to integrate activities.
• Document attendance, participation, and resident observations.
• Follow safety and infection control standards.
