Legacy Oaks of Sacramento is seeking a Life Enrichment Assistant to support the Life Enrichment Coordinator in planning and leading engaging activities for residents. This role promotes wellness, social connection, and cognitive engagement while ensuring compliance with RCFE standards.

You will help organize daily and monthly programs, assist residents one-on-one, and collaborate with dietary, wellness, and administrative staff to create a caring, safe environment.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent; coursework in gerontology or related fields preferred.
• Experience with older adults in assisted living or similar settings preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Creative, patient, flexible, and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
• Must pass background check, TB test, and health screenings.

• Ability to move safely throughout the facility, assist residents, and lift up to 35 lbs.
