Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of related experience preferred, especially in long-term care.

Responsibilities

• Provide activities focused on entertainment, exercise, fun, and relaxation for residents.
• Support the planning, scheduling, and implementation of activities in accordance with resident care plans.
• Assist with preparing and distributing activity calendars, communication materials, and documentation.
• Encourage resident participation and create enthusiasm during activities and events.
• Create and maintain positive relationships with residents and their families.
• Support a safe, engaging, and resident-centered environment.
• Assist with setup, coordination, and cleanup for activities and special events.
