Job summary

Hallkeen-Assisted-Living-Communities seeks an Activities Team member to lead and coordinate resident-centered programs that promote an engaging lifestyle. You will oversee activities, help plan events, and ensure participants are involved and cared for in a supportive, safe environment.

The role requires organizing various recreational activities, maintaining schedules, and collaborating with staff. This is a non-exempt, on-site position based in Massachusetts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; related experience preferred.
• Ability to write simple correspondence and present information clearly.
• Criminal background check required and TB health certification per state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned activity programs and coordinate resident participation.
• Develop and schedule diverse recreational activities.
• Maintain activity records and resident participation as required by state regulations.
• Assist in planning parties and decorating for seasons and holidays.
• Cover reception desk as needed.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
