Provide activities focused on entertainment, exercise, fun, and relaxation for residents
Support the planning, scheduling, and implementation of activities in accordance with resident care plans
Assist with preparing and distributing activity calendars, communication materials, and documentation
Encourage resident participation and create enthusiasm during activities and events
Create and maintain positive relationships with residents and their families
Support a safe, engaging, and resident-centered environment
Assist with setup, coordination, and cleanup for activities and special events
Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Minimum of 1 year of related experience preferred, especially in long-term care
Creative, motivated, and organized team player
Passionate about working with seniors and encouraging resident engagement
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Dependable and professional with reliable attendance
Enthusiastic about supporting residents and being part of a compassionate healthcare team
