Belmont Village Senior Living in Atlanta, GA is seeking an Activity Program Enrichment Leader to promote socialization, growth and learning for residents in our Independent and Assisted Living communities.

You will assist the department manager with planning, setting up and leading engaging activities that reflect residents' interests, require an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, and emphasize hospitality and teamwork.

Competenze

• Associates Degree with coursework in Recreation Therapy, liberal arts, social sciences, education, theater, or related fields. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Mansioni

• Leading and teaching engaging activity programs with small groups or individuals in Independent and Assisted Living communities.
• Providing one-on-one engagement with new residents to assist with transitions into the community.
• Maintaining bulletin boards to promote activities and events.
• Preparing materials and researching topics to lead lifelong learning activities to Belmont Village standards.
• Assisting with tracking resident participation and maintaining documentation.
• Assisting with planning and coordinating resident outings and events.
