Belmont Village Senior Living in Atlanta seeks an Activity Program Enrichment Leader to promote socialization, growth, and learning for residents in Independent and Assisted Living. You will plan, set up, and implement engaging activities reflecting diverse interests with empathy and hospitality.

The ideal candidate holds an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field, demonstrates reliability, teamwork, and strong English communication, and can work a schedule that may include weekends.

Qualifications

• Associate degree coursework in Recreation Therapy, liberal arts, social sciences, education, theatre or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree preferred for the role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and teach engaging activity programs with groups or individuals in Independent and Assisted Living.
• Provide one-on-one engagement to assist new residents with transitions into the community.
• Maintain bulletin boards to promote activities and events.
• Prepare materials and research to lead life-long learning activities per Belmont Village standards.
• Assist with tracking resident participation and compliant documentation.
• Coordinate planning for resident outings and events.
