Job summary

LCB Senior Living is seeking a Memory Care Engagement Assistant at The Residence at Stafford in Stafford, NJ. This part-time, on-site role supports activity planning, resident engagement, and transportation for community activities.

The position emphasizes creativity, strong English communication, and the ability to work independently while fostering a warm, caring environment for seniors.

Qualifications

• Assist in planning and implementing residence activities.
• Motivate residents to participate daily in activities.
• Communicate effectively in English, both oral and written.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with limited violations.
• Computer literacy with common office software.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, developing, organizing, and implementing residence activities.
• Develop ideas to improve the Activities Program.
• Maintain a professional, warm relationship with residents and families.
• Arrange transportation and escorts for activities.
• Support Volunteer Programs and store operations.
• Assist with newsletters and calendars.
• Attend ongoing training and orientation.
• Drive residents in a van as needed.
