Job summary

LCB Senior Living is seeking an Activities Assistant at The Residence at Freeman Lake. This part-time role involves planning and implementing activities, engaging residents, and coordinating transport and partners to enhance life at the residence.

Strong communication in English and creativity are essential. A valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 15 lbs are required; high school diploma or GED preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to assist in developing and implementing activities.
• Creativity and motivational skills to engage residents.
• Effective English communication in writing and speaking.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, developing, organizing, and implementing activities.
• Suggest ideas to improve the Activities Program.
• Coordinate transportation and escorts for residents to events.
• Support volunteer programs and resident store operations.
• Assist with monthly newsletters and calendars.
