The Summit of Lakewood Ranch is seeking a Memory Care Life Enrichment Assistant to support residents with engaging activities and community events in a compassionate, team‑oriented setting. This on-site, full-time position may require weekend and holiday availability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Experience preferred but not necessary; teachers seeking a change are welcome.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical tasks as part of activities.
• Satisfactory criminal background check and drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing activities and programming.
• Chauffeur residents in the company vehicle for excursions and events.
• Attend weekend, evening, and holiday functions when necessary.
• Assist in decorating the community for holidays and special events.
• Support resident-centered life enrichment programs and activities.
