The position requires a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license with passenger endorsement preferred, and a minimum of one year in activity planning.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Requires a valid Class C license (prefer Class B or C with Passenger Endorsement).
• Minimum 1 year experience in providing planned activities and evaluating residents’ needs.
• Prefer 1 year supervisory/leadership experience with employees and volunteers.

Responsibilities

• Provide an engaging, creative social atmosphere with regularly scheduled activities, excursions and events.
• Actively participate in residents’ activities and encourage participation.
• Recruit, develop, and schedule Activity Assistants, Drivers, and Volunteers.
• Maintain a safe environment following safety standards.
• Able to drive Community vehicles.
