Oakmont Management Group, a premier senior living community operator, seeks an Activity Assistant to organize and promote engaging activities for residents, supporting independence and quality of life. The role involves coordinating excursions, events, and clubs while maintaining a safe, welcoming environment.

Fridays through Mondays shifts are offered, with opportunities to engage volunteers and collaborate with diverse teams. A high school diploma and driving capability are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prefer one year of activity coordination with seniors.

Responsibilities

• Assist Activity Director in creating a vibrant social atmosphere with activities, excursions, events, and clubs.
• Develop, recruit, and schedule community volunteers as needed.
• Communicate kindly with residents, families, visitors, and staff.
• Maintain a safe environment following established safety standards.
• Ability to drive community vehicles.
