Job summary

Complete Care at Court House is seeking an energetic Activity Aide to brighten residents' days through engaging activities and compassionate service. You will assist with planning, leading daily recreation, social and therapeutic programs, while providing one-on-one support and ensuring a welcoming environment.

The role is part-time with weekend availability, includes daily pay, and offers a supportive team and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Creative, dependable, organized, and able to work well as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Activities in coordinating and leading daily recreational, social, and therapeutic programs.
• Encourage resident participation and provide one-on-one support during activities as needed.
• Monitor resident engagement and communicate observations to the nursing team when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate attendance records and activity documentation.
• Help decorate Complete Care at Court House for holidays, seasonal events, and special celebrations.
• Prepare activity materials and ensure activity spaces remain organized and inviting.
• Support community events and special programs that enhance the resident experience.
• Perform additional duties assigned by the Director of Activities or Administrator.
