Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college experience preferred but not required.
• Prefer experience in a senior living environment.
• Two years’ experience in activities preferred.
• Strong computer skills and basic healthcare knowledge are required.
• Must have a clear, insurable driving record and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Resident Programs team with planning and preparing a variety of social, recreational, and educational events.
• Conduct transportation for residents, including medical transportation.
• Stay informed about community services and events to incorporate into activity schedules.
• Create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for residents and staff.
• Promote teamwork and coordinate with other disciplines during activities.
• Continuously evaluate activity quality and adjust as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
